Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Covar Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns.

Can I change my order once I placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

Do you have a PR list?

No, we do not have an ongoing official PR list but are always open for collaborations. If you have a significant amount of followers and your page consist of well lit, high quality makeup looks by you, then message us your info. 

Are Covar Beauty products sold at any other retailer?

At the moment you can only get our products through our online store or our Pop-Up events.

How can I find out when your next Pop Up event is?

I placed an order, when will my package arrive?

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, at the moment we only ship to the U.S.
